Hi,everyone!
How can I backup local e-mail of outlook 2003 which I have already download
from remote e-mail server? So that I have no use for download them when I
reload system!

You can use an external hard disk in a USB case.
You should also fix up your PC clock and / or your
time zone.Your posts appear about 14 hours in the
future!

Perhaps there is some problems in my local tinme zone as I come from beijing
,china.

Pegasus (MVP)
It's not your time zone that's the problem: It's your machine
that is set up incorrectly! Check your clock time and your
time zone setting in the Control Panel.
