Gurus,

I use a roaming profile.  I also want to use a PST file.  I like to keep my
PST on a home folder share to access now matter what computer I sit at but
sometimes this causes a problem like when I'm on the road using a laptop - I
do not necessarily want to connect to that PST while traveling.  Any ideas?

This is not a supported configuration - PST files are meant to be accessed
only from the local computer. You will likely run into performance problems,
and could even lose data. I don't imagine you have Exchange server, or you'd
have mentioned it - but that would be the real way to do what you want.
Otherwise, you'll need to keep copying the PST file around (you could use a
batch file/robocopy or something similar) although that would be a bit of a
pain, to say the least.
