I want to print them to a "file", not hard copies. There are 350 of them. I want to be able to delete the extra information contained in each one (recapped prior emails leading up to a particular response) and would love to be able to do it in Word (2007) or WordPerfect (dirty word). When I try to print to a file, the program freezes.....probably because I have so many emails that I'm working with. and delete the repeats (when replying, sometimes there are 4 or 5 .... or more .... emails behind the response).
