Multiple Calendars view problem - Outlook 2007Environment: Office 2007 Professional on Windows XP Professional SP3 Exchange 2003 Server Windows 2003/2000 Server Active Directory I have a user running Office 2007 Professional on Windows XP Professional SP3. Other users in the same domain are running Office 2002 Professional on the same operating system. On the Exchange server there is a Calendar called "Office Diary" in a Public Folder which is accessible and modifiable by Users and Clients running both versions of Outlook (2002 and 2007) The user who is running Office 2007 wants to be able to view his Calendar (which is of course listed under "My Calendars" on the Navigation Bar) side by side with the "Office Diary" Calendar - which is not listed under "My Calendars" because it is in the Public Folders hieararchy. Is it possible, within OL 2007, to view Calendars side-by-side where one is in a PF and the other belongs to an individual user profile? If so, how can this be accomplished? A workaround (such as setting up a user calendar and then syncronising with the Public Folder calendar) is perfectly acceptable - but I don't know where to start ... All ideas appreciated thanks Start with adding the public folder calendar to the public folder favorites
(right click on it and choose Add to favorites) - then it should show up on the calendar navigation pane automatically. -- Show quoteHide quoteDiane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-requ***@lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQU***@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM "Robert Ellis" <robe_2k5.n0s***@hotmail.co.uk> wrote in message news:#VmNOry8JHA.3916@TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... > Hi, > > Environment: > Office 2007 Professional on Windows XP Professional SP3 > Exchange 2003 Server > Windows 2003/2000 Server Active Directory > > > I have a user running Office 2007 Professional on Windows XP Professional > SP3.
