After getting this message I took advice and created a new profile then
copied and pasted my inbox and sent box into the new inbox and sent box.

How do I get my addresses back?

When you created the New Profile all you had to do was add your origonal
data file

So are you saying it's too late? Or can I create a new profile again with my
original data file?

Create a new profile: http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm

To access your mail, calendar, contacts, etc.: when Outlook is open, simply
use File > Open and browse to your PST (Outlook data) file, The default name
of it is outlook.pst unless it has been renamed.

What do you mean by "no addresses"? Are you saying that your Contacts folder
is empty?

Press Ctrl+6 - how many contacts folders do you see? Are they all empty?

Yes, new profile using origonal data file - not copy profile
You might want to run scanpst.exe against this data file before creating the
profile & adding it
