What version of Outlook are you using? If you just do a search for that
string in the FROM field or perhaps Internet Header you might get the
results you're looking for.

Create your rule to move messages with certain words in the sender's
address then just specify the domain name without any wildcard or the
"@" sign.

Why do you need to wildcard the username portion of the e-mail address?
You don't care what it is.  Just specify the domain ("@abc.com.sg").

What is "it" that won't allow you to specify a domain?  What is the
rule that you currently have defined?  If including the "@" sign
triggers the wizard to require a username, what happens when you omit
the "@" (as Ben mentioned)?

Outlook doesn't have wildcards.  Use the "with specific words in the sender's
address" condition and specify "abc.com.sg" as trhe specific words.
