MSOutlook Question
MSOutlook Question 1:How can I get to know from which IP adress, I recieved
mail. i.e., how to know IP address of mail sender.

MSOutlook Question 2: Can I know last login time and last IP address I used
last time for my MS Outlook.

Please let me know if there are any possibilities for MS Outlook mail.

Right-click on message, choose Message Options

Err why would your EMAIL IP address change? The IP address of your MACHINE
may change, but the IP address of your mail server stays constant...
If that's not what you mean, then please re-post with more details.

1. It's in the message header. Right click on the message in the message
list, Options.
2. Do you mean the last time you logged into your mail server? If its
Exchange, the Exchange administrator can look it up but an end-user can't.
Some mail servers may publish the last log in time on the page if you log
into the web interface for your acct.

MSOutlook Question
Thanks a lot for quick reply.

I am using MS Outlook 2007 version. Is my last logged in time and from which
IP address I logged in, can I get these details. Mean if I logged in from
remote place through webmail.XXX.XX.XX.

The version of Outlook doesn't matter because this is not an Outlook
"problem". Whether or not IP addresses are logged is controlled by the
server.

Are you using Exchange server? If so, the admin can see when you last logged
in. I don't think the IP address will be in the exchange logs but the
firewall logs should have it (assuming Exchange is behind a firewall).

If its some other server, you need to ask your email admin. Each one is
different.
