the permission required to access the fileC:xxxx/

I have chequed the permission options and are ok I the administrator have

Well firstly you piggybacked on a thread which has NO relevance to your
question. Please start a NEW thread for a NEW question in future.
Please tell us what the FULL path of the pst file you are trying to open is.
And lastly why on earth would you try to open a pst file in WORD? It's
possible you may have irretrievably corrupted it by trying that. Got a
backup?
