View Resource CalendarI just setup 3 resource rooms so we can schedule their usage. How can I
publish their calendars so that the employees can look at what times are available WITHOUT having to schedule it first just to see if it will decline it? Thanks, Jasper I thought you should be able to see that by default, for 2 months...you
cannot? has anyone logged onto those mailboxes? you might need to do that, first... -- Show quoteHide quoteSusan Conkey [MVP] "Jasper Recto" <jrect***@yahoo.com> wrote in message news:uinaCNLrJHA.5356@TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl... >I just setup 3 resource rooms so we can schedule their usage. You can see it if you make a new appointment and add
the resource to the attendee list. However, I would like users to be able to view the resource calendar without having to create a appointment. Is this possible? Open ... Other User's Folder and open the resource calendar. OR, add the calendar in Calendar view by clicking "Open a Shared Calendar" <- OL2007 for sure, am too old and lost too many brain cells to rember previous versions :) Karl Is it possible to add the resource calendar in the public folders?
