Outlook Express address book

I can add addresses to contacts but it won't let me create or add contacts to
the address book??? said something about contacting the administrator to
crate an address book

Address books are just virtual views of contacts - they contain only
contacts with electronic addresses.

This is the wrong newsgroup for Outlook Express questions.  Ask in
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
