How to export server-resident contacts?

Our MS Small Business Server manages the Outlook folders (which, as
far as I am informed, that the data is not in a .pst file but in an
..ost file).

I have tried to export the contacts, but have not been able to do so.

Thoughts please.

Thanks.

Thanks.  Howeover the description of the technique indicates that only
the SMTP address is exported.

I am trying to export the server resident Outlook contacts so that I
can import them to a stand-alone laptop, and also, so then I can
import the entries to my cell phone.

If the contacts in your mailbox's contacts folder they are in the OST. If
they are in the GAL, you can add them to the contacts - open the GAL in the
address book, select all and right click, add to contacts.
