Moving an archived mail into current folder.Hi guys,
I've a lot of archived mails. For some reason, I NEED to move many of those mails into my current folder (I will move them back into archive after my work is done). When I do so, will my moved mail be uploaded into my mail server? If it is uploaded, I'll get a mail from my admin that my inbox is full (our limit is 450MB). So, I don't want this to happen. Any workarounds?? Any idea is welcome, as long as my admin doesn't know that I moved the mail back. BR, Babloo You can open the Archive pst, within Outlook and view mail, no need to move
anything to your inbox. Assuming Admin hasnt prevented the opening of the Archive or other pst and you are using a pst Show quoteHide quote "Babloo" <Bab***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:B3D21818-A38C-4577-B3F6-34CC76E13490@microsoft.com... > Hi guys, > I've a lot of archived mails. Thanks for your reply. But, as I said, I NEED to move the mails from pst to ost. Whenever we drop a mail to our clients, we need to track it to CRM (hope you know what CRM is). Archived mails can't be tracked. So, to track those mails, I need to move them to current folder. Such quantity of mails is high ! ! ! I did my bit on this. I moved a mail from archive to current mail box and checked my mail thro Outlook Web assess. I found the mail. So, can we infer that the mail is uploaded into the mail server?
