Personal Folders opened twice?Hi,
With my Outlook 2003 on XP I see two copies of my Personal Folders open in the pane along the left side. They show different icons, the top one has the icon with the home and clock bits. The other has an icon that looks like a set of folders. Other than the icon they seem to behave identically. The "Close Folder" menu item is grayed out. This doesn't strike me as normal. What can I do to fix it? Also, when I check the properties of the folder the "Advanced" button does not work. I get a dialog box that says "The operation failed. An object could not be found." It this related or is it a different problem? Thanks. I get a message to select the .pst file. After I fix the contacts folders everything seems to be working. Is this not the right procedure?
