this is unbelievable. i have tried changing the ....adaptivemenus and the ......autoexpandmenus settings. to 0, to 1, even to 5. changed the setting in outlook, or not. doesn't seem to have any effect. after restarting outlook it is set back to "show full menus after short delay." i tried 'reset menu and toolbar usage data' and unchecking 'show full menu after short delay' as well as checking 'always show full menu'. doesn't help. if i check the "show full menus" adaptivemenus reg entry sets to 0. when i reopen outlook it is changed to 1. something other than registry or outlook settings is controlling it. -- Show quoteHide quotejeffrey "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" <outlook***@msn.com> wrote in message news:uYZe9AFpJHA.4372@TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... > Oh.
