Can't see "show as free" items on group calendarWhen our employees add a calendar item and select "show as free", the
item does not show up on the group calendar. We want to use the "show as free" to designate where a person is. They would also add additional events as "show as busy" for times when they are not available for meetings. I would appreciate any help... What do you mean by 'group calendar' ? Do you mean it doesn't show up on

free... they'd need to make tentative appointments to show their location. You can't add to the 'show time as' options. We recommend putting availability or location in the subject ("Available for calls " or "South side office") and setting it to tentative so others know they can schedule appointments. -- Show quoteHide quoteDiane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-requ***@lists.outlooktips.net Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQU***@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
