| A customer has a Blackberry device wirelessly synchronizing with
| their MSN email account. Once or twice a day they did a manual synch
| via USB to get changes to their Calendar and tasks to a pst file in
| Outlook. However, Email never showed up in the Inbox in outlook. We
| downloaded and installed the Outlook Addin. Right now Outlook shows
| the MSN account with the correct Inbox, an empty calendar, and empty
| tasks. When the user selects the PST file they can access their
| calendar and tasks. Other than confusion the synchronization seems to
| be affected and is causing problem with tasks and calendar items.
