weeks ago. Installed CyerDefender 3 months ago. Now have it uninstalled. It still does not save the password. I did not find any viruses with Xoftspy. What can cause this and can I fix it? Loretta Loretta wrote:

I removed the old profile. I am trying to set up a new one. Now the incoming server is not responding. I have checked and rechecked the setting and they are right.
