My cursor is not visible in Outlook but fine in other programsJust about to start using Outlook. It has connected to my service provider
fine but the cursor is not visible on the screen. It is fine on the desktop and on other packages. I have tried changing the pointer etc in Control Panel but it makes no difference. Is there any change I can make in Outlook to make it visible? > Just about to start using Outlook. If you alt-tab to Outlook, can you use the arrow keys or tab key to navigate around the window? What happens if you hit Alt-F once you Alt-Tab to outlook? Does the file menu open? -- f.h. Microsoft Outlook MVP I have the same problem of the cursor disappearing. Before I upgraded to
Vista from XP, I backed up all my files with Windows Live OneCare, and after re-installing Office 2007 and using the file import in Outlook to get back old messages, the cursor doesn't show when moved over the Outlook window. I can't get any menus with the Alt function either. Outlook seems to have hung. I have to use the Task Manager to close Outlook. Before trying to import the backed-up messages, Outlook worked fine. Is there a way to fix Outlook? I need some of those old messages! Show quoteHide quote "F.H. Muffman" wrote: > > Just about to start using Outlook.
