How do I recover an email that was deleted from the deleted folder? It's
Outlook 03.

What type of mail account do you have?

If you connect to an Exchange server (normally in a business setting), go to
your Deleted Items folder, click on Tools > Recover Deleted Items. If your
Exchange Admin has it enabled, you can recover email there. How many days'
worth is set on the server.

If you connect to an ISP and their mail server, here is a link that you'll

Unless you use Exchange server, you probably won't recover it, especially if
much time has passed. See
