Hi all!

I´ve configured a Win2003 Server (not Domain Controler) with SMTP/POP3
services
enabled.

In Outlook Express, I can send e receive messages properly, but in Outlook
(MS Office),
I just have e-mails sent, but not received. Althought I´ve turned SPA on, it
doesn´t work.

What is wrong? Someone can help me, please?

thx,

Adrian

Do you receive any errors when trying to receive?

Yes. It just says "Check your User Name, Password and E-mail".

The question is: Why OE works?

This is a long shot but have you tried entering the user name as
ServerName\UserName?

Yes. And I´ve tested many combinations of that.

server\user, user@server, user@domain...

Nothing works. But OE got all msgs...

Hmmmm.... I wonder if logging the full conversation will uncover anything.

Well... It appears that was a problem with MS POP3 server...

Changed to Mercury Mail Server and all is ok now...
It´s not a perfect solution, but worked.

Thx a lot to everyone who tried to help me!
