Hello,

I have a user who is using outlook 2003, he works alot away from the
office and would like to know when he has mails delivered to his work
account. He would like it that it emailed him at a freeserve account.
However at the moment the rule that i set up can email him but it also
replies to the sender as well.

Is there any way of doing this within the outlook rules or is there a
third party app that would do it.

Many Thanks
Steve

Certainly.  Use the "forward it to people or distribution list" action.

Why not post the exact form of the rule you have and state exactly what the
sender sees in response so that we might be able to tell you what's
happening.  Also state what type of account the user has.
