Sending messages to myself (using Netscape 7.1) showing web pages displayed
in French come in Outlook with alteration of accented letters as shown here
below:

i.e. "manière" is shown as "manihre"
     "français" is shown as "frangais"
      "trouvé" is shown as "trouvi"
      "là" is shown as "l`"
      "manière" is shown as "manihre"
      "révèle" is shown as "rivhle"
      "hostilité" is shown as "hostiliti"
      "même" is shown as "mjme" ...
