Every time I 'Send/Recieve' I get all the e-mails from the last 2-3 months.
This means I end up getting multiple copies of the same e-mail numerous
times.  I've unchecked the box to 'Save a copy on the server'.  Thanks

It would appear that something has corrupted the UIDL cache that Outlook
uses to remeber whether or not it has downloaded a message.  Either you can
use a web interface to your POP mailbox and remove the old messages so that
they cannot be downloaded again, or you could try creating a new mail
profile with Control Panel's Mail applet to allow generation of a new UIDL
cache.
