Want to send a 27mb file by email, but cannot... Outlook sent it yesterday,
but then would not do it again. Very irritating.
I cannot see what to do to change this....any ideas please?
I use Windows XP, Outlook 2003 and BT internet.
Thanks

I'm very surprised that BTInternet allows an attachment as big as that......

This has nothing to do with Outlook in the sense that Outlook would send it but your ISP(BT Internet) has put a limit on how much you can send out (Size or Quantity) in a Day or Week or month. Best to ask them about this limit which was put in place to control Spam

Message limits are defined at your ISP's mail server and the recipient's
mail server. Contact both of them.
There is nothing you can change on the client side (Outlook 2003) to
increase/decrease limits.
