How do I restore outlook to my hand held?

My hand held crashed and I haven't backed up. All my info is still on
outlook. How do I transfer this data onto my hand held?

Hi David

You seem to be suggesting that this hand held device synchronises with
Outlook. So it sounds to me that you need to use the synchronisation
software that came with it to synchronize. It's not Outlook that will do
this on PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants)

If that doesn't help you, please come back with answers to these basic
questions:

version of Outlook?
what exactly is the device?
how have you synchronized it in the past?
what have you tried so far and what result did you get?
