How to save outgoing messages on IMAP server?Folks:
In Outlook (2003), what do I need to set so that outgoing messages are not just saved on user's local machine, but also (or instead) are saved on the IMAP server in (say) an "Outbox" folder, (so that the user can view those messages regardless of which client they're using). Thanks, Graham Graham Wideman [Visio MVP] <no***@nowhere.com> wrote:

Seems that the rule is executedly locally by the e-mail client which means the copy is still saved in the local message store and not up in the online account. If the local rule results in saving a local copy into a different folder, it seems the OP would need to Bcc a copy to himself and use a server-side rule to move it upon receiving that e-mail to himself into a different folder but that would be an online folder because a server-side rule was used. Is the message store shown in the tree list for an IMAP account showing a local message store or the online message store? VanguardLH <VanguardLH@mail.invalid> wrote:
