However, nothing says you can't perform this export to a new PST that you set as the delivery location, then switch the delivery back to another PST. I don't know if you expect Outlook Express to automatically update Outlook's folders, but that doesn't happen. Are you trying to keep them in sync, or is this a one-shot effort so you can switch over to Outlook exclusively? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] > is this a one-shot effort so you can switch over to Outlook exclusively? Yes you guessed it right. I am not comfortable with outlook 2003, havent really used it. There are too many options in it. But I do intend to move to outlook2003 once know how to navigate in it properly. So need to still use OE as default and then import OE emails in outlook 2003. Export mail from OE, Importing in OL will lose the dates - or at least reset
them to the import date <xpin***@gmail.com> wrote in message Show quote news:9870D960-FAA5-4965-BA3C-E29F234678CA@microsoft.com... >> is this a one-shot effort so you can switch over to Outlook exclusively? > > Yes you guessed it right. If you want to move the OE contacts, use Outlook and click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and Addresses, and import only the addresses. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
