What does the hammer & wrench symbol mean in the rules window?When pulling up the "Rules & Alerts" tool, some rules have a hammer and

So I checked with my contacts at MS, they checked with the person who actually coded it and discovered that what it means is... .....other. "It's the icon for things we didn't do icons for."
