Junk Mail Filter seems not work

Hi,
I have Outlook 2003 installed, and turned on junk mail filter (Tools ->
Options -> Preferences -> Jun Email -> High). It seems that this function
never works on my machine. If I logon to another machine with my NT account
inside same domain, Outlook 2003 on that machine works, and it moves some
junk mails to "Junk-Email" folder, but it never happens on my local machine.
What else do I need to configurate? I am lost.

Are you using Cached Exchange Mode on the machine where this is not working?

Hi, I verified, "Use Cached Exchange Mode" is NOT checked.

You must use Cached Exchange Mode for the Junk Filters to work in an Exchange environment.

I believe I read that you must use Cached Exchange Mode in order for the
Junk E-mail filter to work correctly.
