Default Address Book

When you send an email in Word, and click on the To icon, it brings up your
Outlook address book.  It alwasy defaults to the Contacts address book, but
I would like it to default to the BCM Contacts address book; any way do
choose the default Outlook Adress Book?

Also, in the option to select an address book, Contacts shows up twice.  One
is legitimate with info, the other is completely empty.  How do I get rid of
the empty one?  There are not two Contact "adress books" in outlook, only
the valid one.

Thanks!

Have you enabled the BCM contacts folder as an address book (if you can)?
I'm unfamiliar with BCM and questions for BCM should be asked in
news://mcnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlook.bcm .

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next.  Select the Outlook Address Book, click Change, and remove the
invalid reference there.
