how disable the answer No at the request of ' return receipt 'If I send an email requesting a return receipt, when the email is
clicked or opened, it will pop-up on recipient's work station asking if he wants to send return receipt. Well, I must force my users receivers can't reply NO to the question. The senders can decide if use or not the return receipt, but in case they ask for return receipt then the receivers can't reply NO. Do you have some idea on how can I do? thanks You can't force someone to respond - you can put a note in the message
asking recipients to either reply or allow the receipt to be sent, or use a service that adds webbugs, but they are not foolproof either. -- Show quoteDiane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQU***@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM "saghilar" <samuele.ghila***@polynt.it> wrote in message news:1160578625.697750.257180@k70g2000cwa.googlegroups.com... > If I send an email requesting a return receipt, when the email is > clicked or opened, it will pop-up on recipient's work station asking if > > he wants to send return receipt. > Well, I must force my users receivers can't reply NO to the question. > The senders can decide if use or not the return receipt, but in case > they ask for return receipt then the receivers can't reply NO. > Do you have some idea on how can I do? > thanks > Diane Poremsky [MVP] ha scritto:
