Moving outlook data to new computerI got a new computer. How do I move all my outlook settings, contacts and
emails to the new computer? I have a lot of contacts and emails that have been downloaded from my isp. I would hate to lose them. Thanks, Sandy Sandy Beaches wrote:

It may be useful for someone, but I don't really
care much about general settings as I have not customized much, and I can copy "My Documents". I really just want to get my emails and contacts. BTW,both PCs have WinXP and Office 2003. This is usually found under the
Local Settings of your user profile folder. For instance, it could be in a place like: C:\Documents and Settings\Sandy\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook To find out where it is (if the above doesn't lead you right there), go to Control Panel | Mail | Data Files. Select the appropriate item in the list (there may be only one), and click Settings.
