Moving outlook data to new computer

I got a new computer.  How do I move all my outlook settings, contacts and
emails to the new computer?  I have a lot of contacts and emails that have
been downloaded from my isp.  I would hate to lose them.

Thanks,
Sandy

Sandy,
I am not sure if you just want the Outlook settins and mail, or if you
want the whole system migrated, but I hope this helps:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/deploy/mgrtfset.mspx

It is a guide from Microsoft titled:  Step-by-Step Guide to Migrating
Files and Settings

I looked at your link.  It may be useful for someone, but I don't really
care much about general settings as I have not customized much, and I can
copy "My Documents".  I really just want to get my emails and contacts.

BTW,both PCs have WinXP and Office 2003.

Thanks,
Sandy

Probably, the thing you're most interested in is your PST file.  This is usually found under the
Local Settings of your user profile folder.  For instance, it could be in a place like:
C:\Documents and Settings\Sandy\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

To find out where it is (if the above doesn't lead you right there), go to Control Panel | Mail |
Data Files.  Select the appropriate item in the list (there may be only one), and click Settings.

Thanks Brian!

That's exactly what I needed.
