Location of fonts?

Office OL 2003 SP2

I use a particular font for composition of my emails.  But that font does
not appear to be available in Word (Office Word 2003 SP2). (And the font
doesn't show up in the Windows/Fonts folder.)

Are the OL fonts located somewhere different?  Can I get the OL font over to
Word?

Thanks.

Windows stores all fonts in %systemroot%\fonts. If you can't find it in
Word, or in any app, perhaps it isn't installed properly. Open your Fonts
applet in control panel.

all fonts are in the font folder and should be available in all apps, not
just email. What font is it?

Thx.

That font is in the file %Windir%\Fonts\svgasys.fon

Now I'm curious --- I searched my entire hard drive for a file with that
name (including hidden files, system files, etc), and didn't come up with
it.

Where can it be hiding?

Thanks.

I gave you the path.

I checked there first, and THEN, not having found it there, I searched the
entire drive......  Still no sign of it.  Not a big deal, but now, like I
said, I'm curious.

It must be there somewhere or you would not be able to select it.  There are
many free font managers available on the Internet and one of them may prove
useful in locating it.
