Trouble installing Outlook Backup UtilityI installed the Outlook 2003 Backup Utility. My user profile became
corrupt. I had to create a new user profile. NOW, my Outlook Backup Utility is missing. So I try to reinstall it. It will not let me because it tells me that it is already installed. So I go to ADD REMOVE programs to uninstall. It is not listed there. So I can't install because it tell me it is installed, but I can't find it and I can't uninstall it. HELP! How can I get this utility to install again in my new user profile? Does ANYONE have an idea what files I need to delete to get rid of the backup utility so that I can reinstall it again? Do
Not do any editing of the Registry for this problem. The Addin manager has Backup on the Other tab in Tools, Options, Advanced Options, Com addins button.
