service email address. How can I allow them to all view the messages and respond using their own email address? I also want to know how many messages each of them responded to each day. You might look at SBS 2003 ? provides reporting on how many messages were sent to a specific email address, how long did it take for an agent to reply, which agents responded to what messages, etc. VisNetic MailFlow provides a complete history of all customer correspondence, which is of benefit to sales and customer service agents. It's web based and works with any mail server. http://www.visneticmailflow.com There's also an online demo where you can have a look at the solution without having to install it first. http://demo.deerfield.com/login.ems yes, I work for the company.
