I have one unit onsite where Outlook.exe (Outlook XP Sp3) keeps
creating a general error and shuts down. the user may not even be
working with Outlook when it pops the message it must close. I've
exausted all of my items as a fix and really don't want to perform a
rebuild unless absolutly neccessay(considering this application is the
only issue)

I've performed an un-install(restart), re-install, adware scans.....

Any info would be appreciated,

Here is the error info in 3 parts:

Lot of possible causes here.  You might check and see what your default
printer is set to; that can sometimes cause it.  Also if you have Plaxo
installed, try uninstalling it.

Have you tried creating a new user profile?  Do you have an Exchange
server where the mail is stored or are you using PSTs?

Thank's for the reply, I don't have Plaxo installed, i've recreated his
exchange account, recreated his profile with no end in sight.. seems to
happen at least once a day.

Do you have client-side antivirus software that is scanning his mail?
