Outlook Mail Client

hi I am trying using outlook for the first time , although I use it at workd , but there it is set up already by the admin here , I am getting this "invalid login" with reported error (0x80004005), and for the other email (0x8000ccc32) ...

I have installed Office 2007. While in Outlook in some email I have a red bar that keeps going from left to right and the top of the email. I also keep geeting an error that says: "Outlook could not create the work file. ...

After I close down Outlook 2007 it still appears in Processes.  If I try to re-open it another entry appears in Processes but the program does not open. Is there something I can do to put this right? ...
